Delete your Batata account
On the website
- Sign in at batata.world/settings with the email you play with.
- Open Your account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out everywhere at once.
In the app
- Open Profile, then the settings button at the top.
- Open Your account, then Delete account, and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hello@batata.world from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm it is yours before we act.
What happens
- The account closes at once: you are signed out everywhere, and your profile and your scores stop being shown to anyone. Messages you already sent stay in their chats until the deletion is carried out.
- Everything tied to you is erased after thirty days: your profile and photo, your email, name, birthday, country and phone number, your saved games, your comments, your messages, voice notes, photos and videos, your follows, and the device tokens used to send you notifications. Your game results stay only as anonymous entries that no longer name you.
- If you sign in again within those thirty days, the deletion is cancelled and nothing is lost.
- Usage events are cut loose from any identity and kept only as counts, as the Privacy Policy describes.
- If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke that sign-in, so your Apple Account is no longer connected to Batata.
