What Batata is for
Batata is games and the people you play them with. Comments, chats, voice notes and profiles exist so players can compete, tease and cheer each other on. Keep them worth reading.
What is not allowed
- Bullying and harassment. Targeting a player to hurt, humiliate or intimidate them.
- Hate. Attacks on people for who they are.
- Threats and dangerous acts. Violence, or encouraging it.
- Sexual content of any kind. Batata is open to players from 13 years old.
- Scams and spam. Fraud, phishing, repeated unsolicited messages, links that mislead.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, a brand or Batata itself.
- Cheating. Faked scores, tampered games or automated play.
- Private information about anyone, yours or theirs, shared without consent.
What you can do
- Report. Any comment, message or profile photo can be reported from where you see it. Reports reach a person on our team.
- Block. Blocking a player hides their messages and comments from you, keeps them out of your chats and stops them following you.
- Leave. You can leave any group chat, and you can delete your account from Settings on the web or in the app.
What we do
Reports are reviewed by people. Depending on what we find, we remove the content, warn the account, restrict what it can post, suspend it or close it. Repeat or severe violations end an account. Where the law requires, we cooperate with authorities.
